TACTICAL THERMAL REDUCING CYLINDER
(TTRC)
The TTRC™ is engineered to deliver powerful water discharge autonomously. The convex spray pattern or water cone allows for extended water coverage for use inside and outside structures.
- Sleigh-like, low-profile design for easy deployment along most surface areas
- Equipped with four carrying handles for easy maneuverability
- Platform-stabilizing feet for maximum stability under pressure
- Self-stabilizing, self-righting and autonomous
- Approx. Discharge Pressure: 50 psi to 200 psi
- Approx. GPM: 200 to 800 (with 2.5 inch hose)
The stabilizing feet also enable fire personnel to deploy the device using hand tools, such as a pick head end of an axe or the Boston rake. This feature creates a safer distance between firefighters and the immediate threat or hazard when operating on the fire ground.
The cylinder is machined with 9 precision-engineered discharge outlets. When pressurized between 50 – 200 psi, these slots discharge copious amounts of water, ranging from approximately 200 – 800 GPM, depending on supply line size and applied pressure. This impressive water discharge delivers a 50 x 65 foot convex spray pattern towards the primary threat, effectively neutralizing the fire.
